- 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans (rinsed/drained)
- 1 15 oz can kidney beans (rinsed/drained)
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped thin cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tsp grated lime peel
- 1/2 tsp salt
