Not much to this; but it does use up quite a bit of the basil growing outside. Its worth it though. It can be used as a dip with bread, or mixed with spaghetti.
Ingredients:
- 3 c packed basil
- 1/2 c pine nuts, slightly toasted
- 2/3 parm/romano/asiago cheese
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2/3 c olive oil
- salt/pepper
