Stuffed peppers

5 red / orange peppers
1 lb ground turkey
1 c chopped onion
2.5 tsp italian seasoning
2 cloves miced garlic
little salt.
1.5 c white/brown rice (cooked)
1.2 c water
1 jar marinara

clean peppers and place in crockery cooker. combine turkey, onion, seasoning, garlic and salt and stir in rice. Put in peppers. Pour marinara over it and add water to remaining sauce in jar. shake it up and pour over peppers. cook 6 hr low, 4 hour high
